Contact Scan Probe Inspection

We currently have two contact inspection systems for the inspection of those parts which, because of size, shape or customer request, require direct contact inspection.

Leitz Brown & Sharpe Chameleon (Model 7.10.7) DCC Scan Probe CMM
	Equipped with DATOS technology from Leitz which allows high accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning as well as normal touch probe inspection. PC-DMIS software allows bi-directional linking with all CAD systems via either IGES or DMIS standards. Renishaw PH-10MQ/SP-600 probing system. AXES: X=650mm(25.6"), Y=1000mm(39.4"), Z=650mm(25.6").

Brown & Sharpe XCEL (Model 7.10.7) Ultra High Accuracy DCC Touch Probe CMM
	PC-DMIS software (IGES in & out). Renishaw PH-10MQ/TP-7 probing system. AXES: X=650mm(25.6"), Y=1000mm(39.4"), Z=650mm(25.6").

Note: All our co-ordinate measuring systems have 3-axis measuring capability. X, Y & Z are actual measurement travel. Resolutions range from 1 micron(.000040") to .1 micron(.000004"). All have SPC output available.
